Nancy Julien Kopp
Manhattan, Kansas
Born and raised in Oak Park, IL--a Chicago suburb--I have lived in the Flint Hills of Kansas for nearly 40 years. Wife to one man for 50+ years, mother of 2, grandmother of 4. In my mid-fifties, I became a hobbyist writer fulfilling a lifelong dream. I've been published in many anthologies including 15 times in Chicken Soup for the Soul books and several times in the Not Your Mother's Book on... anthology series. My creative nonfiction has also been published in various newspapers, magazines and online. I have won awards for children's fiction published in the USA and China. I write for the sheer joy of doing so. I have a blog that gives tips and encouragement to writers.
