Responsible for a global fund's investment in South Asia, I bring over 20 years of experience. Before MDIF, I was the founding COO of India’s 1 funding organization for independent media – IPS Media Foundation. My Venture Capital experience includes a successful stint at Springboard, the VC arm of India’s largest media house, Bennett, Coleman & Co (BCCL). Prior to that I led financial markets coverage and equity research at Bloomberg TV India & CNBC India. I started my career as part of the start-up team at India’s first internet radio, Musicurry.com, back in the days of Web 1.0.
