Korey Williams

My name is Korey Williams, and I am a college graduate from the University of Northern Colorado where I received my bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise Science. Upon receiving my degree, I found my niche at Cole Fusion Fitness where I work diligently with my mentor, Frankie Cole. He has helped me understand the values of Hard Work=Results and now I demand that same attitude out of my clients. In order to change your physical appearance, I will change your attitude, because with the right attitude, your fitness goals can go a long way!
