I assist companies, large and small, in creating value within their IT organizations by helping to improve their ability to provide and manage IT services. Specifically, I provide my customers with IT Service Management (ITSM) consulting and training services.

In 2007 I founded IT-SMith to help companies get value out of their IT organizations by improving their ability to deliver and support IT services that enable the business to fulfill its mission. Enabling the business to fulfill it's mission is the only reason IT exists...so we have to get it right!

The primary goal of all my engagements is to equip my customers in building and implementing actionable ITSM improvement initiatives that foster the alignment between IT’s efforts and the goals and strategies of the business. I hold the ITIL® Expert Certification, am certified in COBIT 5 and ISO 20000, and have an MBA focused in Information Systems Management (ISM).
