As you probably all know, I am the World Coffee in Good Spirits Champion, for the year 2015. Also I have placed third on the same competition, for the year 2014, which took place in Melbourne. I am a proud member of Ninety Plus Maker Series, as "maker" of Kemgin W2.

I work as a barista, for the last 8 years, in various cafes around my hometown, Athens. I follow this competition for the last 7 years, but it was only two and a half years ago, that I decided that I wanted to compete. I realised that I had to have some bartending skills, so I switched temporarily to a bartending role, in order to get some needed training.

Nowadays, I work as a barista & barista trainer at the Underdog, in Athens, but also as a freelancer Barista Trainer & Consultant for cafes, restaurants & competitions.
