Tymoteusz Kowalak
Student, Volunteer, and Nurse in Chociwel
English version
My name is Tymoteusz Kowalak, and I come from Szczecin, Poland. I have always been curious about the world, constantly seeking to understand it on a deeper level. I am a poet, a lover of philosophy, psychology, and science, as well as someone engaged in social initiatives. My life revolves around searching for meaning, analyzing reality, and trying to uncover the hidden mechanisms that shape human experience.
I don’t consider myself exceptional – I simply enjoy thinking, reading, and writing. Words are my tool for exploring both myself and the world. My poetry has been recognized in competitions – I won 2nd place in the National Poetry Meeting “Pod Diablą Górą” and received an honorable mention in the National Literary Contest “O Różę Karoliny”. However, I don’t write for prizes; I write because the act of creation itself is essential to me.
Beyond literature, I am deeply passionate about philosophy, especially the works of Nietzsche, Schopenhauer, and Jung. I value intellectual independence and critical thinking. I don't align with any political ideologies; instead, I strive to see the world from multiple perspectives, avoiding simplistic narratives and biases. I am also fascinated by science and technology, particularly artificial intelligence, which I believe will shape the future in ways we have yet to comprehend.
I don’t want to limit myself to abstract thinking – this is why I take action and engage in social projects that have real-world impact. I was honored as a laureate of the Mayor of Stargard’s Award for my contributions to community service and volunteering. My focus is on initiating solutions that improve people's lives, not for recognition but because I believe in their purpose.
In addition to my literary and social efforts, I am also an entrepreneur. I founded “ThimothyLeary”, a project that merges education with innovative research into mycology and psychedelics. My goal is to promote reliable knowledge and open discussions about science, culture, and human consciousness.
Traveling is just as important to me as books. I have visited the Netherlands, Germany, Turkey, the Czech Republic, Norway, Bulgaria, and Africa. Every place I’ve seen has broadened my perspective and made me realize how diverse yet fundamentally similar our world is.
