Ken Pinnock

I currently reside in the Mile High City of Denver, Colorado with my wife and two great kids, well and our cat Gota and two turtles to boot. I am the Associate Director of Human Resources at the University of Denver, where I oversee Talent Management and Employee Relations. I have worked with many industries, and have presented on numerous workplace topics both nationally and internationally.

I spend a good amount of time in the Rockies, backpacking and skiing, and teach skiing for the National Sports Center for the Disabled in Winter Park, Colorado. I believe in building on the positive and what works, at work, actually.
