Konstantine Peter Ketsetzis

Hamilton, Ontario

Born and raised in Steeltown, but educated abroad, Konstantine has returned home to practise law in Hamilton. An avid traveller, Konstantine came back to Hamilton after studying law in Melbourne, Australia and exploring the Oceanic region and Asia.

While in Australia, Konstantine was heavily involved with various national and international legal competitions (Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, LexisNexis Australian Constitutional Law Moot, Castan Centre Human Rights Moot), placing among the finalists in all of them.

Prior to commencing his articles, he worked for a prominent entertainment/intellectual property law firm, where he became well-versed with recording contracts, trade-mark agreements and publishing deals. After this, he also spent time working for a top commercial and corporate law barrister and arbitrator in Melbourne, assisting in preparations for complex corporate litigation and international commercial arbitration.

Konstantine handles and assists on matters pertaining to Commercial and Corporate Law, Employment Law, Tribunals, Small Claims, Intellectual Property, Real Estate and Family Law. Additionally, despite his status as a young newcomer to the Hamilton law scene, Konstantine was recently nominated in this year's Hamilton Spectator Reader's Choice Awards as Hamilton's Favourite Real Estate Lawyer for the second year in a row.

Outside of work, Konstantine has a keen interest in all things related to cars, entertainment and sports, and hopes to incorporate these into his areas of practice.

Konstantine is currently a member of the Hamilton Law Association, the Hellenic Canadian Lawyers' Association, and the AHEPA (American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association). He also serves as a member on the Metropolis Council for the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Toronto (Canada).
