My name is Kathy and I started my fitness journey at the age of 15. Being plagued by negative image and bad eating habits (starvation and binge eating); my mom took me to join the gym and Weight Watchers. I learned that I could eat right and exercise effectively and learn to enjoy the changes I had control over.
What is your main goals or struggles? I have helped many people; both online and in my training career to reach their goals and overcome negative habits. It's all up to you and I can help with the right recommendations based on your goals, level, lifestyle and more.
I have had three children and my ultimate goal was to have the strength and determination to live a healthy and fit life in order to set an example to them and others. It's all possible. Let me hear your excuses; I'll give you a valid reason to do it anyway!!
