I need help convincing the Los Angeles Appellate Division to review the following opinion issued December 14, 2015. I believe it is erroneous, the building is a multi-family building in an R1 zone and the city refused to issue any violation. It was a landlord tenant issue and the appellate court claims previous owners approval is "void" as an illegal contract. The building under the protection of the RSO and unilateral changes to the tenancy are not allowed. Please help!
