I have been working in HR since 2012.I began my career as an IT recruiter in the recruitment agency.I fell in love with HR at once and immediately realized that this is my way:)

Already after month of my employment,I stably exceeded plans every month.After a year of work in the recruiting agency I set two records - I closed the maximum number of vacancies, and also brought the largest monthly profit for all years the agency has been existing.

While I was still working in recruiting agency, I realized that I was interested not only in recruiting (although I really like it so far). I realized that I wanted to grow in other directions like HR.I began to search personnel for the agency and work with their adaptation, created a program to train new employees and engaged myself in their learning,conducted learning sessions for employees.All the new employees I introduced in the work passed the probation period and successfully started to work, and the duration of the work of people in the agency in creased markedly.

In addition,I was involved in the motivation of working people. I took part in the adjustment of salary conditions,started to collect a professional library for personnel,created the agency’s "Book of Achievements", where the successful employees were displayed,and so on.

I also looked for customers for the agency,discussed and conformed with them the conditions of cooperation and I did a lot of other things.

Then I realized that I needed to move on.And so I got into my favorite IT company in Novosibirsk - in Xored.Now I am HR generalist in this company.

In Xored I am responsible for the entire cycle of recruitment - now I love this task even more than earlier because I enjoy searching remarkable talented employees for our company.I am engaged in building a personnel reserve.I am also working with the adaptation of new employees.I organize corporate events, and events that are related with training (for example,classes in English and Czech).

I interact with different outsourcing companies (recruitment agencies, etc.), dealing with/control of HR administration,support the corporate culture, monitor the labor market.I am also working at optimization of business processes related to human resources management, and so on.

Every day I get some new and interesting challenges.I love Xored and I am happy to work in a team of professionals.I strive for our company to become even better and me with it,too
