Colleen Kraus

My real estate career began in 1993 as a Sales Associate working for Burgdorff Realtors. A merge in 2009 with Coldwell Banker allowed me to remain a consistant producer with the backing of a nationally recognized brand and a wealth of company provided tools to assist my business growth. My current position as Branch Vice President began in 2012 and allows me to share my knowledge of real estate sales, technology and marketing techniques to the highly qualified sales associates in my office.

The ability to lead a group of people to move together towards achieving a common goal remains my number one focus. I believe my role as branch manager is to guide our agents to strive for complete client satisfaction by adhering to legal and ethical standards and acting as a role model, educator and communicator of the latest trends in marketing and technology. Communicating those intricacies of the practical, legal, and creative aspects of successful real estate marketing and buyer representaion are paramount. Inspiring our Sales Associates to be the most professional, prepared and educated agents in the local market place remains my primary goal.
