Using her degrees in counseling and communication disorders, she has empowered students to successfully transition to college, educated countless families on the special education process, and organized stakeholders to action in support of educational initiatives.

Konteint is the Founder of Smart Start Transition, a virtual coaching service designed to empower students to face challenges with confidence and clear strategies.

Konteint's interests range from entrepreneurship to education. She is also interested in singing, travel, and innovation.
