I have worked for the IRS as an attorney and then an appeals officer. I have worked in the tax departments for Fortune 500 companies, lead the tax controversy team for a boutique tax consulting firm, and worked for a Big Four accounting firm.

I have assisted businesses ranging from entrepreneurs to multinational corporations, in industries such as high technology, manufacturing, oil and gas, and government contracting.

I focus on tax planning tax procedure, state and federal tax credits and incentives, employee benefits, mergers and acquisitions, and individual, gift, and estate tax planning.
