Hello. My name is Brian Kreilkamp. Nice to meet you!

My journey into real estate began in 2015. After caregiving for my mom for 10 years, she made the transition into senior care living. This left me with the family home to sell (in desperate need of repair) and no clue how to do it. Through pure determination…and a little help from YouTube…I strapped on my tool belt, put a For Sale By Owner sign in the front yard and successfully renovated, marketed and, proudly, sold my childhood home.

Afterwards, I asked himself, “How much easier would that’ve been if I had help from someone I completely trusted with real estate experience?” That answer motivated me to become that person for others.

With a calm demeanor and a smile, I make three promises for those I serve.

1) I will be on time

2) I will put your best interests first

3) I will do what I say I'm going to do

From starter homes to investment properties to high-dollar estate properties, my active engagement in the Southeastern Wisconsin real estate market (as a realtor, rental property investor, licensed home improvement contractor, as well as a homeowner), gives me a unique, breadth and depth of experiential knowledge to guide you through the buying or the selling side of the closing table.

A Milwaukee-native, I enjoy attending Green Bay Packers games with my son, walking my Rottweiler and dressing up for Halloween with my 4-year-old nephew. I'm a devoted family man, committed business professional, and also enjoy my work as a professional hockey skating and skills instructor.
