With over ten years experience in directing, teaching, instructional design, project management and training and development within many facets of education, media, technology, and communications and marketing; Kay considers herself a results oriented, hands-on individual with progressive management experience. Her management style strongly emphasizes teamwork and the principles effective leadership. Kay also has experience in family and career counseling (developing effective business plans for personal and professional growth), and talent acquisition.

As an Education Management Professional, Kay believes in the benefits of early care and education. She has spent the past few years making the transition to focus her career initiatives on education for children. Her experience with Georgia Prek, NAEYC, SACS, SAIS, and Quality Rated has pushed her to become more progressive in attempts to attain the most effective programs.
