As a Psychologist who is passionate about individual and organisational health and wellbeing, I believe that by taking a holistic approach and 'whole' of person perspective in everything we do, our ability to empower, nurture, and nourish ourselves is greatly enhanced.

Having gone through personal health issues, and numerous challenging and life-changing moments, my ability to heal and empower came from looking at the strength and courage of my mind, body, and spirit. Taking a Holistic approach allows you to view the world through a different lens, and inspires and motivates you to draw on the positive energy and support in your environment to live your optimum life.

My knowledge of employee health and wellbeing, leadership, organisational culture, engagement, and emotional intelligence, has been gained through my experiences as a Provisional Psychologist at various corporate organisations. This exposure allowed me to distinguish between what makes a great organisation and what makes an average organisation. A great organisation is where employees bounce out of bed to come to work. They are enthused and excited about their job, and employee happiness, productivity, and engagement is paramount. The average organisation are those in which absenteeism and turnover is high, and employees are counting down the hours until the end of the day. What makes the organisationa great one to work for? They take a holistic approach in all that they do.

Since taking on life with a holistic lens, I have discovered the wonderful benefits this approach brings. My eyes have been opened to the world of holistic empowerment, and as a Psychologist, I endeavor to bring this approach to individuals and organisations, truly empowering you to discover your soul purpose and passion for life, and knowing what it takes for you to flourish and thrive.
