I am the mum of 2 gorgeous kids and owner of Allergy Friendly Foods. I started Allergy Friendly Foods in 2005 after my son was diagnosed with multiple food allergies and I found it almost impossible to find great tasting, safe treats for him. Allergy Friendly Foods has grown in leaps and bounds and is proud to offer a fantastic range of products for those with specialty diets and food allergies/intolerances. Everything we supply is free from gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, eggs, fish & more! I am especially passionate about the role of food and children's disorders such as autism, ADD & allergies.
