Kris Ballage

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Active in real estate for the last 14 years, I am experienced in land development and subdivision planning and implementation. In conjunction with development, I have formed my own building company, having built more than $5.5M dollars in homes, both custom and speculative. I believe this gives me a unique perspective in the buying and selling process that adds to the information I am able to provide for my clients. As a woman in the building industry I am able to help my clients to better understand building standards, green building and the latest techniques, decor and staging for existing and new homes. EDUCATION Originally from the mid Missouri area and educated at Southwest Missouri University, the University of Missouri and Kansas University, my area of study was concentrated in languages and international finance. In addition to real estate training, I am a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and also achieved my ePro designation and have begun work on my Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation. I am a recipient of the Henry Aydt Scholarship for exceptional standards and ethics in the field of real estate.
