As soon as I learned to walk, I hacked my playpen to slip my legs through and take myself for a walk. From the beginning, I haven't liked boundaries.

I studied economics, started in IT, stumbled upon a passion for training completely by chance. As Intelivate is now in it's second decade, all those worlds are quickly and strategically coming together. I have a midwestern accent but was born in the deep-south.
My passion is legacy.
Our legacy will be defined by the passion and impact of the people you influence. I absolutely love partnerships where we define that (for individuals and organizations) together and make it a reality. It all comes down to developing powerful influencers.
What I believe.
Collective change begins with the heart and mind of the individual. Passion must fuel the change. Fears must be expressed, but not allowed to drive the change.

Fear.
What I believe success is.
There are infinite ways to define success and most individuals define success with incorrect fuel. Success begins with happiness. It is impossible to build happiness through success.
What I believe builds happy.
Defining success for yourself and not through the expectations of others.
