Being in the software industry for 15 years has allowed me to be involved in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle; Design, Development, Quality Assurance, and Support. I have gained a unique insight into the development and usage of next generation products. This has allowed me to launch several improvement processes including a User Experience Program that encompasses User Research, User-Centered Design, and Usability.
