I am geared on social development (rural/urban) to contribute towards upliftment, empowerment, employment and wealth creation for the economic growth of the society, as Board Member/Advisor across diverse Corporate and Social Organisations.
My work primarily focuses on pillars of sustainability, driving innovative strategies, leveraging technology, and uniting the wisdom of experienced with the energy of younger generation to achieve measurable and sustainable outcomes. Have received the prestigious national awards; Indian Achievers Award 2021, India Social Impact Award 2022, Inspiring India Award 2022, Rashtra Prerna Award 2022, Atmanirbhar Bharat National Achievers Award 2023, The Progress Global Award 2023 for distinguished contributions towards sustainable social development and nation building. Also, I am an awardee of ‘Sustainability Innovative Excellence Award 2022’ by NIIT University & ‘Sustainable India: Sustainable Research and Education Award 2025’ at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhilai.
I relentlessly work towards Sustainable Development Goals through various social initiatives viz; Mission Poshan, Green World Initiative, Hamari Udaan, Smiles Unlimited , etc on Zero Hunger, Education, Environment Conservation, Clean Water & Sanitation, and Human Rights, under the principles of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDG) with a vision to coach, mentor, inspire, and empower future generations toward sustainable success. I believe, the new generation is the pillar for a sustainable society. Stronger and more stable they become; it would result in a progressive world.
In addition, I am working on various projects with a vision to have agriculture lands free from chemical-based pesticides & fertilizer for a healthy world, by promoting organic farming and making the country land, naturally fertile & regenerative, increasing the yield of farmers.
Also, I have successful track record of leading and implementing business strategies that has achieved record heights in terms of revenue and market penetration. I have worked with top multinationals like ABB, ManpowerGroup, Asure Software & others, most of which are ranked as Global Fortune 500 companies.
Furthermore, I have business expertise in Exports, Information Technology (IT), Automation Industry which includes Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Process Automation, and Human Resource (HR)
