I’m the Chair of the School of Media and Design and a digital journalism instructor for the Digital Communications and Media program at Lethbridge College focused on 360-degree storytelling and Virtual Reality.

I am currently focused on applied research opportunities creating a best practices guide for 360-degree journalists across Canada.

I'm always looking for new freelancing opportunities with various publications so feel free to let me know what project I can help you with.

At Lethbridge College I’ve secured NSERC funding for an international Virtual Reality Conference, received Applied Research funds for 360-degree journalism as well as funding for non-credit Virtual Reality training. I have led a panel at the National Renewable Energy Forum in Toronto, I've represented southern Alberta in Chicago, Vancouver, Calgary and Montreal about economic development opportunities in renewable energy.

In my spare time I play the cello for various groups and compete in sprint triathlons across southern Alberta.

I am a graduate of the Masters program in Communications and Technology at the University of Alberta.

I am married to Amy, I have a daughter named Hazel and I have a Labradoodle named Frankie.
