Krish N. Singh

Born in the beautiful Island nation of Fiji, Krish N. Singh completed his university-level education in Agricultural Science before immigrating to the United States in 1999. Upon arriving in the U.S., he began his professional journey with Tree Island Steel as a Machine Operator and steadily advanced through the organization to senior operational leadership roles through dedication, performance, and continuous professional development.

While working full-time and fulfilling family responsibilities, Krish pursued higher education at University of La Verne, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with Honors, followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Management and Leadership and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) designation from the Six Sigma Global Institute.

Krish is recognized as a dynamic and forward-thinking leader with the ability to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and execute strategic initiatives effectively. His leadership style is characterized by integrity, high energy, balanced judgment, operational discipline, and a strong commitment to achieving organizational excellence.

His combination of hands-on operational experience and advanced business education has provided him with a unique advantage in driving business strategy, operational efficiency, and sustainable competitive growth. Throughout his career at Tree Island Steel Krish has progressed from grassroots as a machine operator to serving as Director, Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement for USA and Canada manufacturing operations.

Currently, he is an Executive leader (General Manager) responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations at SteelCo USA in Rialto, CA, while strategically partnering with downstream sister companies, including Deluxe Building Products in Pomona, CA, and Great Pacific Elbow in Chino, CA.

Accountable for driving operational strategy and execution within a high-volume manufacturing and distribution environment, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and profitability. Leads cross-functional teams to optimize production performance, streamline supply chain integration, and ensure alignment across multiple facilities.
