As a managing partner at Game Changing Benefits (GCB) in Dallas, Kris Jackson leverages more than 11 years of experience in training and developing insurance agents. In his role with GCB, Kris Jackson oversees recruiting, training, and evaluations of all professional insurance advisors to ensure that his firm's clients receive second-to-none customer service.

Mr. Jackson previously worked as the assistant vice president of training at Universal American Corporation in Florida, where he trained and developed more than 30,000 agents within six years. Mr. Jackson earned an associate of science degree in 3D modeling and technical drafting from Wichita Area Technical College, where he won first place in a statewide 3D modeling competition and 15th place in the national competition.

Mr. Jackson later earned a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Oklahoma. Beyond his work, Mr. Jackson enjoys travel and golf and is a member of Plantation Golf Club in Frisco, Texas.
