Krishna Jagannathan

Krishna is an enthusiastic, enterprising, and effective health, safety, and environmental professional and manager with intensive experience in environmental and occupational safety and health, environmental engineering, emergency management, and vocational training. Krishna has achieved his Master of Public Administration (MPA), earned BCSP Safety Management Specialist (SMS) and Associate Safety Professional (ASP) certificates in Safety and Health, and is a Certified Public Manager (CPM).

Krishna presently leads a team that provides safety consulting and OSHA compliance training and auditing to public-sector employers primarily in high-hazard and OSHA/PEOSH-targeted industries. Krishna is also the designated liaison to the NJ Office of Emergency Management.

Krishna's career history includes an analyst position in environmental health & safety program at a large pharmaceutical corporation, management of a federal vocational training program, a regulatory role in environmental and occupational health, and a project environmental consulting engineer.

Krishna served as an elected Fire Commissioner leading a team of career firefighters and support staff at the Plainsboro Fire District from 2012-2020.

In his spare time, Krishna volunteers as an EMT/Officer-in-Charge with the Plainsboro Rescue Squad.
