Veteran litigator Krispen Culbertson has nearly three decades of legal experience in the federal and state court systems. Krispen Culbertson practices appellate law as a senior partner in the Greensboro, North Carolina, firm Culbertson & Associates.

Before starting his career as an accomplished trial attorney, he earned a bachelor’s in law from Wake Forest University, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Wake Forest Review. He went on to obtain a juris doctor and postgraduate credential from the University of Oxford.

In addition his membership in the Richmond, Virginia, United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, Krispen Culbertson has been instrumental in more than 3,000 cases tried in North Carolina and federal courts. As a reflection of his expertise, one of his cases has been included in the Federal Law Reports.

A member of several prestigious bar associations, Culbertson is a designated corporate counsel for the international import firm ELPAM and the Caribbean-based microchip seller Diamond Tech International. Additionally, he sits on the board of A Heart for Russia, an organization dedicated to caring for orphaned and homeless children.
