I am a 60 year old Georgia transplant. Married with four adult boys and three precious grandchildren. I work fulltime and love oil painting and playing on the internet. Getting in shape at a later age is not easy, but attainable and that is what I am slowly working on. No guts, no glory and I want lots and lots of glory.
