Hello! My name is Krista Torpey and I teach English at Pottsville Area High School. I have recently changed careers and was previously employed in the commercial insurance industry. My undergraduate degree is in English Literature and Communications from Lebanon Valley College. I returned to Alvernia University to obtain Master's Degree credits to obtain my English Teaching Certification.
I am thrilled to finally be working on my Master's Degree in English. This is my first graduate semester in this degree and I am also new to Kutztown University. I am very much looking forward to learning about Indigenous Populations!
