I am Krista Del Rosario, a passionate classical singer hailing from the Philippines. My journey into the world of music was profoundly influenced by my mother, a dedicated music enthusiast. My commitment to honing my craft led me to be accepted into the prestigious Juilliard Evening Division Summer Series, where I had the privilege of participating in a two-month vocal class under the guidance of the renowned Jane Olian. Additionally, I have undergone rigorous voice training through opera masterclasses conducted by the esteemed Filipino Tenor Arthur Espiritu and Korean Soprano Lilla Lee.

In the year 2022, I showcased my talent at the Medici International Music Competition, where I proudly secured the Second prize in my category. This accomplishment was a testament to the dedication and hard work I put into perfecting my vocal skills. Further enhancing my performance repertoire, I made my debut as an opera singer by participating as a chorus member in Giacomo Puccini’s Turandot 2022 production in Manila. This marked a significant milestone in my growing career.

Building on these achievements, I continued to contribute to the rich tapestry of opera by participating in the Lyric Opera production of Cavagliera Rusticana and Il Pagliacci at St. Scholastica’s College in 2023. As one of the chorus members, I immersed myself in the captivating world of these timeless operas, showcasing my versatility and commitment to the art form. These experiences have not only enriched my musical journey but also allowed me to collaborate with talented professionals, further refining my skills.
