Krista Madaio serves as the owner of Ridge Strategies, LLC, a New York City-based political consulting and services firm. She began her career in political services as an account manager at Bellwether Consulting Group, where she tracked capital raised at fundraising events for Republican members of the United States Congress, including 12 Republican incumbent House members. In the role, Krista Madaio also developed many of the skills that would continue to define her career, including prospecting donors and organizing fundraising events from beginning to end.
In 2013, Krista Madaio became the deputy PAC director of the National Republican Congressional Committee, where she assisted the PAC director in securing more than $11.9 million in donations from individual and PAC donors. As a result of her efforts, she moved up to the position of PAC director in 2015, where she also raised funds as well as organized cultivation and solicitation events, such as donor retreats and an annual gala.
In her final position before founding Ridge Strategies, Krista Madaio held the title of PAC director of the National Republican Senatorial Committee. There, she designed an executive giving board program to solicit major gifts nationwide and raised nearly 20 percent of the committee's total funds.
