Krista Vogel

Following a summer of discovery and adventure in Bainbridge Island, Wash., I returned to Lincoln, Neb., in 2011 to join Hurrdat, a startup social media marketing agency that has since grown to become a digital marketing force in Lincoln and Omaha. Digital marketing changes daily, and I'm driven by the challenge of keeping up — and, more importantly, staying ahead of the curve.

I also serve on the board of directors for Fresh Start, a transitional shelter that empowers homeless women to change their lives by overcoming barriers to self-sufficiency.

I am passionate about social justice, climate change advocacy, and environmental sustainability. I'm also an amateur craft beer enthusiast and aspiring world traveler.

And of course, I love all things Pacific Northwest. Mountains, rain, efficient public transit — all of it.
