Kristen Cummings

I have just obtained a Computer Forensic Associates Degree and have a Digital Forensics Basics certificate from Texas A & M University in cooperation with the Department of Homeland Security FEMA. I have extensive experience in customer service and project management. I have planned, implemented and balanced multiple projects during a Transfer Agency system conversion. In addition, I am also familiar with EnCase and Forensic Toolkit.

As I have developed my educational and technical knowledge, I have a better understanding of file systems, hard disk drive structures, networking concepts, data collection and preservation principles. Over the past 14 years, I consistently fulfilled and exceeded the customer needs and expectations using my exceptional internal/external customer service skills while balancing with company policy. I am analytical and detail oriented with solid problem resolution skills. I am skilled in team and individual contributions, excelling in a fast paced, changing work environment. I am eager to learn, willing to take on any responsibility and I am absolutely flexible with over-time, shift changes, traveling and relocation.

When I became a dislocated worker from my previous employment, I chose to take the time to pursue my education. I decided on a career that I could be driven, passionate and excited to be constantly learning new things.
