After spending 13 years with the United States Air Force, I've reached out into the civilian workplace and could not be happier about the experiences I have gained. I am ready to use those to better YOUR organization!

Having worked in multiple high visibility settings with top leaders in both military, government and private sector positions, I have experienced many situations under pressure which I have been able to handle with ease. By building and training experienced teams on various projects, I have learned communication skills and how to motivate individuals to perform at their top potential, ensuring goals are met on time or early. In order to make this happen, I have learned to adapt quickly when situations make arise and become creative in developing solutions. I feel that my many years of experience in management and training roles while also furthering my education equip me to present your organization with advantages others may not have to offer.While spending thirteen years in the Air Force, I spent time as Active Duty, as well as a reservist while performing full time duties as a Department of Defense contract civilian in the same position and have been fortunate to perform at all levels in finance, human resource and training realms to include supervision and management. I’ve worked with recruiting and Public Affairs very heavily throughout my career, to include making radio announcements at events, and communicating in various different manners depending on the situation.I have a history of producing research and guidance to command level personnel leading to decisions based on training needs and outcomes to test scores and various climate assessments I have facilitated. I consistently perform with an attention to analyzing information and detail-orientation showing consistency with cross-territorial grammar, punctuation, and business marketing and communications branding styles.I have mastered managing timelines and project statuses through exhibiting flexibility and remaining responsive as demands change while leveraging both research skills, delegation authority in a management role with the military for the last 8 years and utilizing various database sources to enhance the content quality for maximum productivity to my upper management.I am continuing my education by completing my MBA and will complete in early 2016.
