After spending over a decade in graphic design, advertising and international marketing, Kristen switched her focus to photojournalism and interactive storytelling. Once an illustrator and multimedia specialist, her preoccupation with the Internet led her to work with Slate Magazine and the St. Louis Beacon.

Kristen is now an Assistant Professor and Advertising/Marketing Communications Program Coordinator at Webster University. She holds a Master of Arts degree from the Missouri School of Journalism and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Washington University in St. Louis.

She is available for contract and/or assignment work in the St. Louis area.
