Over the years, I have found it is not uncommon for people with psychic sensitivities to experience a deep connection with the spirit in all beings.

As an integrative medium & intuitive healer I enjoy incorporating healing oils, stones & sounds into my practice. These are important tools for the mind, body & spirit.

Clairvoyant, I have been a witness to that of the of the 'unseen' revealing itself in many forms. Because of a keen sense of vibrational understanding I am able to experience light & sound beyond the range of normal perception.

During the session, I tune into your biosphere. Auras, energetic waves, images, other beings, sometimes those passed on that have left their imprints, share messages. Being clairaudient can be a surprise to me at times, but I have learned to focus in on what I am receiving to be a clear channel for you. Directions & steps one might take may reveal themselves. The messages occur in very clever ways, often through telepathy, vision or a strong sensation that is confirmed by the individual(s) I am holding space for.

Holding space is an opportunity to pause, focus, reflect, confirm & recall who you are at the core of your being.

When we take a moment to drop in & focus on your frequency, connection is made & understanding is gained. The human biosphere can then release perspectives that are no longer needed. From here, we can build new pathways of understanding. This brings movement to the body's energy network. When the truth is realized, it's a matter of implementing trust. The individual can use free will, choose to face emotions, gently allow them to dissipate, or continue to carry its weight.
