David is currently the National and Local President of the National Society of Real Estate Appraisers. He also holds designated membership in the Appraisal Institute (SRA); National of Independent Fee Appraisers (IFA); Employee Relocation Council (CRP). David has 35 years of Real Estate Experience and retired as a Supervisory Appraiser from the Department of Veterans Affairs in 1997. He is a Certified USPAP Instructor and has taught at the University of Akron, Cuyahoga Community College and NSREA for a total of 16 years.
