A "third culture kid" born of Adventist missionary parents, Kristiana Harapan (pronounced har AH pon) spent her formative years in Southeast Asia absorbing the Indonesian language and culture that surrounded her, later compelling her to take on the Indonesian word for "hope" as her surname to complement her Choctaw heritage.

Armed with a global perspective and a profound awareness of the essential roles of mind, body and spirit in good health, Ms. Harapan's path has led her to leadership coaching and development as influence is the handmaiden of mind-body-spirit congruence.

Kristiana Harapan accepted the invitation to join the exclusive Founders Circle John Maxwell Team in 2011 and is a bilingual presenter of John Maxwell workshops out of the greater Palm Springs area.

Other interests include sports nutrition, nature photography and genealogy.
