Kristian Orozco

I was raised by a group of truly extraordinary women. Since early childhood, I have witnessed the power of their innate wisdom to make honorable choices that sometimes required facing unsurmountable obstacles. They became courageous warriors through the act of overcoming countless challenges—from emotional neglect, physical abuse, hunger, and personal betrayal to the death of loved ones, judgment and shame, failed marriages, and even civil war—while still managing to maintain and nurture their familial bonds.

Witnessing this kind of powerful womanhood has often proved humbling for my male ego. And at the same time, I have learned how to support a woman to thrive in this challenging world of lingering inequality. Beyond my lifelong personal experiences, I have prepared for this transformative work by becoming certified as a professional life coach, a Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index™ (ELI), a coach in emotional intelligence, a parenting educator, and a NLP Master Practitioner. I trained in prestigious coaching institutes and professional development academies in New York (IPEC), Los Angeles (The Mindsight Institute), San Francisco (Kimochis), Denver (ISEI) and Barcelona (Talent Institut).

My participation in conferences and symposiums, as attendee and presenter, has contributed greatly to my professional experience and development. And because I'm an avid reader of books on personal growth through self-awareness, I'm always evolving and learning. I currently live in Barcelona with my wife—my loving partner and a patient teacher—and our two beautiful sons, who are also my teachers in their own right.
