After experiencing a debilitating autoimmune diagnosis as a young adult, I discovered the multi-faceted healing benefits of massage therapy, and continue to be astounded by the many health benefits of quality bodywork.

With years of experience in Swedish relaxation, deep tissue therapy, neuromuscular trigger point therapy/proprioceptive facilitation, myofascial release, Tui Na techniques and Pre & Perinatal certification, I can customize treatment sessions for a wide variety of injuries, chronic pain and stressors of daily life. I am additionally trained in cupping, gua sha, and hot stones and I love to include those wonderful extras to make all treatments relaxing and as individual as each human being.

I am also a Certified Lymphatic Therapist through ACOLS, and can help with all aspects of lymphedema including education/exercises, Manual Lymphatic Drainage/Decongestive Therapy, bandaging and compression fitting.
