Kristi Ragsdale is the Founder and Executive Director of Eva Carlston Academy, a residential treatment facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Ms. Ragsdale saw what was missing from common treatment modalities for adolescent girls and designed the Eva Carlston Academy to function more like a home environment, while still meeting the clinical needs of the residents.
