I’m Kristin McFeely, road tripper, old music lover, architecture junkie, vintage treasure hunter and promoter of all things Philly real estate. I’ve spent the last decade meeting amazing people, digging up all the dirt on Philly and collaborating with the best and smartest creative team in real estate. The result is The Philly Home Girls.

Originally from Downingtown, PA with summers spent on the beaches in Ocean City, Maryland, I currently reside in West Mount Airy. I live in a big, old lifetime-rehab-project of a house with my handy artist husband, two loveable cats, a dozen motorcycles, two classic cars and countless dead houseplants. I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1998 from The University of the Arts and discovered my addiction to travel and love of architecture during an independent study in Art History and Printmaking in Europe. I later completed a certificate in Interior Design at Moore College of Art and became a hoarder of mid-century furniture and architectural design magazines. My fine art background led to a short-lived career in advertising and graphic design and my interest in building construction, architecture and interior design eventually progressed to my second love: purchasing and rehabbing my own homes and investment properties.

A licensed Realtor since 2005, I am a member of the National Association, Pennsylvania Association and The Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors. I am a Certified Relocation Specialist, am a leader in the Coldwell Banker Preferred Mentor Program and have been welcomed into Coldwell Banker Preferred’s Diamond Society, International Sterling Society, and International President’s Circle. I sit on the West Mt. Airy Zoning Committee Board and am a Big Sister to the most amazing not-so-little-anymore girl through the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program. When I’m not selling real estate and promoting the City of Brotherly Love, I can be found traveling the roads of America in a big white van looking for antiques and treasures and visiting craft breweries along the way.

I don’t sell houses; I sell homes, and my business is based on relationships, not transactions. I love what I do and I look forward to meeting and working with you!
