My Attaché Journey ...

I started at Attaché in 2009 as a Customer Service Consultant and progressed to a Customer Support Consultant and then to a Customer Support Team Leader. As Support Team started to grow rapidly, I took initiative to introduce structured training programs for new staff, which was further expanded to formal training courses for Attaché Dealer network. In 2012 the opportunity came about to move into Learning & Development.

What do I do at Attaché?

I am a Learning & Development Consultant. My role is focussed on capturing knowledge, identifying knowledge gaps, both internally and externally, and creating learning resources to fill those knowledge gaps.

What piece of technology makes your life easier?

The internet in general. I do all my shopping online, as well as other day to day tasks that traditionally required physical presence.

If you had one extra hour each day how would you use it?

I would learn French, or attend dance classes. Or both.
