Hi, I’m Kristina Bynum, owner and creative director of Salon Le Volume , a boutique luxury hair salon in Frisco, Texas. Since 2003, I’ve been deeply passionate about helping people look and feel beautiful, and I’m grateful to use my artistry to positively impact others through hair. I truly believe that when you feel beautiful on the outside, confidence and empowerment naturally follow. I love being part of that transformation.

I’m honored to lead a team of talented and amazing hair stylists with a shared vision of bringing out each client’s inner beauty. At Salon Le Volume, we believe the guest experience begins with listening. Thoughtful consultations, professional guidance, and genuine connection allow us to create customized results while delivering a red-carpet-level experience to every person who walks through our doors.

I wear two hats in the beauty industry as both the owner of Salon Le Volume and a master stylist actively working behind the chair. This balance is intentional. Staying hands-on keeps me closely connected to the craft, the guest experience, and the real challenges stylists face, while ownership allows me to shape culture, education, and long-term vision.

As a master stylist, I specialize in precision haircutting, customized color, balayage, and complex formulations, always prioritizing the integrity and health of the hair. I’m known for my intuitive approach. Much like a musician who can play by ear, I can visualize techniques from an image or description and translate them into results that complement face shape, natural movement, lifestyle, and maintenance level. Education is equally important to me, and I’m passionate about ensuring guests feel confident maintaining their hair at home.

The human side of this work is just as important to me as technical skill. Building trust, fostering genuine connection, and making people feel seen and heard guide both how I work with guests and how I mentor stylists.

As the owner of Salon Le Volume, I’m proud to have created an environment where both guests and stylists can thrive. Education, “perfect practice”, and open communication are pillars of our culture. My background spans high-volume technical training, luxury services, leadership, education, and business ownership, with inspiration drawn from art, music, and travel.

What I’m most proud of is building something that goes beyond hair, an elevated salon experience for the Frisco community, a confident and supported team, and a career rooted in integrity, connection, and growth. While Salon Le Volume reflects this work, my goal is to continue expanding my impact within the industry through education, leadership, and future opportunities that allow me to share what I’ve learned on a broader scale.
