After completing my culinary studies in South Africa I have been traveling the world, working as a private chef and exploring different countries with their own unique cuisine. These experiences inspire me and encourage me to continue exploring the culinarty arts.
Although my cooking has been influenced by my travels, my home in South Africa is where I found my inspiration as a chef. My home is not your usual home. I live on a farm with animals, oaktrees and vineyards at the very bottom of Africa. My mother, the artist and my father the restaurant owner. The combination of the two seemingly not linked but looking at my cooking it is clear I am influenced by both technique and art.
