Kristina McGonigal has a BA in Criminal Justice from Quinnipiac University. She is currently seeking a Masters in Public Relations with an interest international public relations and sustainability. Mrs. McGonigal has recently presented to the Eastern Sociological Society conference in NYC regarding Law 779, Comprehensive Law To Combat Violence Against Women. The study consisted of a series of interviews at a variety of women's organizations to help gain a better understanding of the societal reaction of the law. A majority of her undergraduate research focuses on societal reactions to criminal actions, along with the comparison on intimate partner violence between latino's and non- latino's in the United States.

Mrs. McGonigal currently interns for United Technologies Corporation in the Communications department. She hopes to experience corporate social responsibility and how corporations interact with its publics.
