Kristina Portillo is the owner and operator of Business Travel Life.

Born and raised in Colorado, Kristina has always had an interest in health, fitness and travel.

Kristina founded Business Travel Life after spending time as a business traveler and realizing the many challenges of frequent travel. She discovered how much planning it takes to stay in shape and maintain weight and noticed many travelers trying to make healthy choices, ordering a 300-calorie salad, but ruining that effort by dumping 400 calories of dressing on it. This common pitfall got her thinking how she could help others.

Business Travel Life gives clients the support they need to stay fit and healthy from someone who lived the “on the road” lifestyle, along with resources, meal plans, and work outs that fit with their travel schedule.
