Psychologist and Mediator in Manhattan, New York

Originally from upstate New York, right below the Adirondack Mountains, I migrated to South Central PA for several years, before returning to New York - though this time to the city. A strong desire to be closer to my family and an even stronger desire to 'run towards life' instead of waiting for it to come to me, landed me in the greatest city in the world! After nine years in PA getting a great education and running my private practice, I decided to rebuild, start over, and reboot my practice, here in NYC.

As a Clinical Psychologist and Mediator (Divorce, Family) I work with couples - married, coupled up, engaged - work through issues and create the conversations they need to have to either have a lasting relationship or take a different path in divorce. Either way, people need the help figuring out the complexities of life and relationships and I am here to help.

People often seek the involvement of a third party because they recognize what they are doing isn't working but not sure how to make it work or what to do. Regardless of their outcome, in the end this new path they take is a game changer.

The great thing about my job - besides helping individuals and couples get to a better place? Their willingness to open up, be vulnerable, change, and simply show up and the inspiration they give me to continue to evolve and grow as I continue my journey.
