Kristopher Jones

Kris is a prominent entrepreneur, angel investor, public speaker, and best-selling author. Kris founded and was the former President and CEO of Pepperjam, a full-service internet marketing and technology company founded in 1999 and sold to GSI Commerce (NASDAQ – GSIC) in 2009 and later acquired by eBay (NASDAQ – EBAY). While President & CEO of Pepperjam, the company was recognized for three consecutive years by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the United States of America (2006, 2007, 2008) and was recognized by Happenings Magazine as one of the best places to work in Pennsylvania. Kris’ book “SEO Visual Blueprint” has sold over 30,000 copies and is available at major bookstores across the United States. Kristopher was recognized in 2008 as a finalist for the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the State of Pennsylvania and was a previous Entrepreneur of the Year by Bank of America (2005). Jones has been recognized as one of the “Top 20″ Business Leaders in Northeastern, Pennsylvania under the age of 40 by two separate organizations (Times Leader and Northeastern Pennsylvania Business Journal). In his free time Kris enjoys traveling, reading, writing, and giving inspirational speeches to young professionals and students. Kris very much enjoys serving on several academic and non-profit advisory boards and has previously worked as a senior staff member to former Congressman Paul E. Kanjorski (PA-11). Kris participates and has served on numerous technology, educational and non-profit Board of Directors and Advisory Committees, including the Misericordia University Board of Trustees, Great Valley Technology Alliance (Co-Chair), Northeastern Pennsylvania Technology Alliance, Penn State University (WB) – Department of Information Science and Technology, Albany Law School Alumni Association, PA Keystone Innovation Grant (KIG) Committee, CAN BE Business Incubator, Luzerne Foundation Millenium Circle, Make a Wish Foundation "Wine for Wishes," Montessori School “Hearts for Montessori” campaign, and the United Way, among others. Kristopher received a Bachelor of Arts from the Pennsylvania State University, a Master of Science from Villanova University, and a Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School.
