Kristy Bunch

I am a small town girl with big ambitions! I got married in 2013 to my best friend. We are expecting our first child this summer (2015). We hold close to our family and friends. Without them I am not sure where we would be.

I feel that I get my strength from my father. He has had many health obstacles that he has had to overcome, more recent is the below the knee amputation. He is often recognized as the man that always has a smile on his face. Through him my mother and I have grown to really understand what it means to have a real struggle. We have grown and persevered through this together!

I am currently an Instructional Assistant at DFW School where I am pursing my degree in Elementary Education.

In 2013-2014 I was recognized as DFW's Instructional Assistant of the year.

I coach Cross County and Indoor Track for John A Holmes High School.

I look forward to what the future holds and cannot wait to reach my short-term goal of Teacher of the Year. I truly value what my peers view me as and feel that without them I could never be as effective as I am today!
